1883-S Liberty Head Half Eagle. MS-63 (PCGS).
This beautiful Choice Uncirculated example exhibits a remarkably smooth appearance to frosty rose-gold surfaces. It is fully struck, as well, and sure to please even the most discerning numismatist. From a mintage for the issue of 83,200 pieces, most of which saw some use in commerce. A tremendous amount of coin for the grade, this Fairmont Collection specimen represents a grand opportunity for a savvy gold enthusiast.
