Beautiful golden-orange surfaces support blushes of reddish-rose and tan color intermingled in and around the centers. A smartly impressed, exceptionally well preserved survivor of this first mintmarked cent in U.S. coinage history, which fact has solidified its popularity with type collectors as well as specialists in the Indian series.
