No. 49311. Plate 10. Imprint of B. Duncan Columbia, S.C. Confederacy Striking Down Union at center. Judah Benjamin at upper left. PMG notes Previously Mounted. A really bright green “TWO" overprint remains. Far nicer than many T-43 notes we have seen.
