Fonrobert-Unlisted; Medina-Unlisted; Herrera-Unlisted; MHE-297 (this medal illustrated). Diameter: 21mm; Weight: 3.60 gms. Obverse: Bust right; Reverse: Monogram. A very interesting and peculiar medal, along with being seemingly unpublished outside of its appearance in Medallas de la Historia de España, vol. II, this EXTREMELY RARE and POSSIBLY UNIQUE specimen does exhibit not one, but two holes at the top ( one of which was placed too close to the edge and thus, would not allow for suspension, likely resulting in the second ). Nevertheless, given the importance and RARITY, a trivial and common aspect such as this matters little.
