KM-551.2; Cal-Type 9#36. Of outstanding quality, this nearly white crown of Joseph Napoleon displays bright sparkling luster and very few instances of past handling. Very close to the near-Gem grade, perhaps the only limiting factor is a confined area of strike softness near the 9 in the date. For the collector focused on this turbulent period, one could hardly imagine a more attractive survivor.
