This well preserved example provides light evidence of circulation upon the highest elements of the busts, along with deep toning that gives the surfaces a wholly original appearance. Some minor mint brightness is still seen peaking out from under the surface in the protected areas of the design. Crowns of William and Mary are always much demanded, and this example should be no exception given the attractive appearance of the type.
