Obverse: Charles, holding sword and reins, riding horse trotting left; plumes to right, pile of arms below; Reverse: Declaration in two lines between two parallel lines; three plumes above. Despite seeing some scattered wear upon the high points, this charming example of an ever-popular type presents quite well and has remained free from any discernable issue--a feat unto itself.
