1891 Morgan Silver Dollar. MS-65 (PCGS).
Especially lustrous and satiny, and a date that is rarely found this well preserved. Liberty's cheek is smooth and free of deep or detracting cuts, strong cartwheel luster dances in the fields when examined. The texture is creamy white save for a hint of color at selected border areas. As a date, the 1891 Morgan rarely is seen in Gem grades. Any specialist would do well to put this impressive Gem away and move on to other dates for their collections.
