This highly important 1914 $100 Red Seal offering will grab collector attention. Just 25 examples are listed in Track & Price's census, with this being the first example we have offered since our 2013 Baltimore auction. The margins are appealing for the grade, and traces of original embossing are found upon inspecting the back of the note. The overprints remain their all-important dark cherry red color. An excellent example of the catalog number for the assigned grade.
