1902-S Barber Quarter. MS-64 (PCGS).
This moderately toned example offers slightly mottled steel-gray patina over each side. The toning has an opaque quality that nicely displays the full satin to softly frosted luster. Sharply struck in most areas with a pleasing, smooth appearance. From a relatively limited mintage of 1,524,612 pieces, the vast majority of which are well worn.
