One of the several highly important high grade large size notes we are offering with this popular 1891 Ten Dollar Silver Certificate, known as the Tombstone among collectors due to the shape of the portrait surrounding Thomas Hendricks. Beautifully centered on both sides with nice wide margins all around. The paper is bright and fresh, and the ink tones are bold, with the blue serial numbers and red Treasury seal being particularly vivid. Outstanding visual appeal. A note nicely suited for the finest of collections, an example that will be wholly satisfying to the most discerning buyer.
