Fr. 1215. 1922 $100 Gold Certificate. PMG Very Fine 20.
A Very Fine example of this 1922 $100. At left is a portrait of "Old Bullion" Thomas Hart Benton, who was a senator from Missouri. It is a bit comical that he was depicted on paper money due to his staunch disapproval of soft (paper) money in favor of gold coin and bullion.
