(S/M#C282). An incredible opportunity to acquire the front & back specimens for this variety, as just nine examples of each are listed in PMG's population report. The front specimen depicts a factory at left with blue specimen number "00328" at upper center. The design is in a dark blue ink which contrasts quite well with the red specimen overprints. The back specimen shows a hydroelectric plant at center with the design in a violet color. The specimen overprints are in blue ink. Seldom offered at public auction, and the first set we can recall handling. Scarce. PMG comments "Stain" on the front specimen, and "Previously Mounted" on the back specimen.
