250 mm x 325 mm. This plaque depicts a bespectacled mature portrait of Roosevelt facing right. A panel below the bust is inscribed AGGRESSIVE FIGHTING FOR / THE RIGHT IS THE NOBLEST / SPORT THE WORLD AFFORDS. The plaque is signed FRASER / 19(Copyright)20. at the upper right. The reverse is signed DecArtS at top left and D2 at lower center left. Two secure mounting loops and a hanger are also present. The finish is handsome olive-bronze with slightly darker accents in the recessed areas. An impressive plaque, by an eminent sculptor, portraying one of the United States' most popular presidents.
