Fr. 2210-Ddgs. 1928 $1000 Federal Reserve Note. Cleveland. PMG Uncirculated 62 Net. Rust.

Dark green seal. A visually appealing example of this always in demand Series of 1928 $1000. The paper is bright which helps pop the dark green overprints and dark black design details. Attractive embossing is noticed on the back through the third party holder. The rust is seen emanating from Grover Cleveland's head, almost forming a thought bubble. PMG comments "Rust."
