Fr. 357. 1891 $2 Treasury Note. PMG Very Fine 30 EPQ.

Tillman - Morgan signature combination. This McPherson Deuce is seen with PMG's all important EPQ qualifier. The design details pop in dark black ink, whilst the seal and serial number are in a dark red color. The reverse offers excellent appeal of the "open back" design in hunter green ink.
