With introductory letter from Mehl dated April 1941, prices realized list and blank bid sheet also included. The catalog displays attractive gold-foil covers with silver printing and along edge on front. Free of writing and significant blemishes, just a shallow crease at the upper right corner affecting cover and all pages, but to a minimal extent. A crease and light tears along the base of the introductory letter are noted. Housed in the original, tattered cardboard mailing box, with two stamps affixed and postmarked dated May 5, 1941.
