Obverse: Radiant open book on pedestal, CO / DICO / STA / CRUZ written inside, CODIGO DE PROCEDERES around; Reverse: similar central design as obverse, COGIGO CIVIL around. A well struck Medal with nicely original surfaces and deep, multicolored toning throughout.
