Mintage: 10,000. 'BICENTENARIO DE LA CONPSIRACION - MANUEL GUAL * JOSE MARIA ESPANA'. 3) 200 Bolivares, ND (2010). NGC PROOF-69 Ultra Cameo. KM-Y-95. Mintage: 3,000. Struck for the 200th Anniversary of the Declaration of Independence. This handsome gathering of modern commemoratives, two with relatively low mintages, each exhibits finely engraved designs with mirrored fields and frosted cameo devices. The 1977 and 2010 issues are both blast white, while the 1991 issue has few tiny faint white spots. All are bright and flashy with attractive motifs.
