SPAIN. Charles IV Cast Silver Proclamation Medal, 1789. Cartagena Mint. PCGS Genuine--Environmental Damage, AU Details.
Herrera-24. Obverse: Crowned castle with waves below and circular border of lions and castles (the Coat and Arms of Cartagena); Reverse: Inscription in six lines. A boldly detailed Medal with charcoal toning throughout. This Medal was produced for the Proclamation celebrations on May 16, 1789.
