THRACE. Mesambria. AR Diobol (1.25 gms), ca. 420-320 B.C. EXTREMELY FINE.
HGC-3.2, 1560; SNG BM Black Sea-268. Obverse: Facing Corinthian helmet; Reverse: META within spokes of wheel. This very nice example offers a good strike on a quality flan. Some light luster remains present on the surfaces.
