HGC-4, 409; BCD Thessaly-II, 306-11. Obverse: Head of the nymph Larissa facing slightly left, with hair in ampyx; Reverse: Bridled prancing horse right. An very beautiful example of a RARE and seldom encounter piece, this example is nicely struck with a very well centered obverse. Evenly worn and holding deep toning, this specimen enchants with an original antique look. Some light porosity is present on the reverse that is mostly obscured by the toning.
