HGC-1, 1497; HN Italy-2177; SNG ANS-392 (same dies). Obverse: Laureate head of Apollo right; Reverse: Tripod, with legs surmounted by wreaths and terminating in lion's feet; filleted branch to right. Very elegant and alluring, this charmingly toned specimen presents great centering and a wholesome overall nature.
