MEXICO. Cob Escudo, 1713-Mo J. Mexico City Mint, Assayer Jose E. de Leon (J). Philip V. NGC MS-64.

Fr-7c; KM-51.1; Calico-509. Weight: 3.37 gms. Tied for finest certified of the date on the NGC population report. Satiny luster lights up both sides of this fully dated minor gold coin. The lovely surfaces boast much original mint luster complemented by pale orange tone. A great survivor for the type that is pleasing to the eye.
