KM-R-A35; Cal-33. Weight: 13.32 gms. Only four examples of this date have been certified by NGC, all XF Details -- holed (1727[2] and 1727/6[2]). This EXTREMELY RARE and highly desirable presentation 4 Reales exhibits bold, well-defined devices on a compact round planchet. Pervasive rich cabinet patina offers a pleasing appearance to this very attractive example. As indicated on the NGC insert, holed at 12 o'clock on the obverse accounts for the details designation, but is hardly a distraction of this seldom encountered issue. Despite its shortcomings this coveted type is certain to make an excellent addition to many collections.
