Overprint on Colombia P-S869 El Banco Union. Allegorical figure at right with locomotive at center. Found at left is a woman next to a sheep holding a lamb. PMG has graded just five examples of this Pick number at the time of cataloging. PMG comments "Repaired, Severed & Reattached."
