An incredibly rare pick number, with PMG having graded just three examples at the time of cataloging. This example is found in an appealing mid grade. The ink color remains attractive, with a colorful guilloche noticed at center on the front of the note. PMG comments "Small Hole." PMG Pop 1/1 Finer.
