CHINA. Mint Error -- Struck through Capped Die -- 10 Cash, ND (1920). PCGS Genuine--Tooled, EF Details.
cf. KM-Y-304. Quite dramatic with respect to the capped die error, this example does exhibit some unfortunate scratches between the tops of the crossed flags, ultimately resulting in the tooling designation.
