Fr. 2003-E. 1928C $10 Federal Reserve Note. Richmond. PMG Very Fine 25.
Richmond is by far the scarcest district of the four that printed 1928C series notes. The PMG Population Report shows that they have graded eight times as many notes from the common Chicago district. This note will fill a gaping hole in most collector's early FRN set.
