Description
1901 Liberty Head Eagle--Struck-Through Obverse--MS-65 (PCGS).
Fully lustrous throughout, a vertical "strike through" is seen at the top of Liberty's head, this being a small piece of the defective planchet that flaked away and was struck over during the coining process. Unusual for a large size gold coin.
