Description
1901 Morgan Silver Dollar. MS-61 (NGC).
An impressive Mint State example of this issue, which becomes a key date in the series in Uncirculated condition. Boldly struck and intensely lustrous, with gorgeous multicolored peripheral toning and untoned steel-gray fields and central areas. A somewhat scuffy appearance on Liberty's cheek and neck results in the lower Mint State grade level.
