This note is found with PMG's coveted EPQ designation, offering fully original paper and great appeal for the assigned grade. The margins are wide and the paper is attractive for the grade. The design stands out in dark black ink whilst the overprints are seen in a maroon color. Neatly penned officers signatures are found in a dark brown ink, offering lovely appeal from over a century ago.
