The quality of this piece is remarkable with nicely embossed overprints on fully original paper throughout. Strong centering and margins that would be expected of this grade are present and fine detail throughout the entire design is also showcased. While PCGS Banknote has yet to release their population report, we expect this note to be very low pop if not alone with none finer.
