Only one San Francisco Light Green Seal Star is known to the collecting fraternity for 1928B. It comes as no surprise that it should be found in the extensive "Gnat" collection. It has never been previously offered at public auction. 1928B $5 Light Green Seal Stars are only known from four districts, and except for the Atlanta Star, each are unique. It is no exaggeration to state that these stars are among the rarest small size notes, and only a handful of collections will ever have an opportunity to feature a single example.
