An extremely fresh and original Star, that is well centered with bold colors and crispy white paper. No Uncirculated example have ever been graded. PMG has graded a single note higher, an AU 55 which lacks the coveted EPQ designation and superior centering of this note. PMG Pop 1/1 Finer.
