Tillman-Morgan signature combination. Small red scalloped seal. A lovely Gem example of this Jackass Legal Tender $10. Pocahontas is seen being presented to the English Royal court at right, with portrait of Daniel Webster at left. This note has been courtesy autographed by Treasurer of the United States Daniel N. Morgan, who served as the 19th Treasurer from 1893 to 1897. Morgan was born in 1844 and lived to see Black Tuesday & the subsequent Great Depression, having died in 1931 after being hit by an automobile.
