1909 Barber Half Dollar. Proof-65 (PCGS).
Bright and sharp, this piece displays absolute, deeply mirrored surfaces that gleam with underlying brilliance. Just a hint of reddish-golden color is seen particularly on the reverse. Cameo frost further enhances the beauty of the coin, lighter on the obverse, and much bolder on the reverse, whose proud eagle exhibits a bold, creamy-white, deeply textured look. A couple of black spots are visible on the reverse, however, the overall look of this coin is an impressive one; its new owner will display it with considerable pride.
