1890 Liberty Seated Quarter. Proof-64 Cameo (NGC). CAC.
This breathtaking near Gem boasts clean fields and frosty white devices. Only 590 proofs were struck in 1890, the lowest mintage for the series since 1877. Many were struck with die crumbling in the reverse legend, but on this expertly produced specimen, all characters are fully formed. Certainly fit for an acclaimed collection.
