CEYLON. 1/3 Rixdollar, ND (1823). George IV. NGC AU Details--Rim Filing.
KM-85; Prid-25. The crown countermark for circulation is Ceylon has been placed on a Madras Presidency Arcot ¼ rupee. Leaving aside the rim filing, which does not interfere with the design elements, the coin is boldly struck with charcoal field toning that helps bring out the raised devices.
