(t) CHINA. Yunnan. 3 Mace 6 Candareens (50 Cents), Year 21 (1932). NGC MS-64.
L&M-430; KM-Y-492; WS-0699. Variety with hollow rosettes and no dot in center of flag. A boldly struck and altogether attractive near-Gem example. Almost no toning to speak of with satiny luster, this will certainly find a place of honor in the next collection it enters. For accuracy, a die crack is observed on the character side at 3 o'clock.
