Struck to commemorate the completion of the Kweichow (Guizhou) Provincial Highway and reportedly features Governor Zhou Xicheng's personal automobile. A bit of wear is noted, but this exceedingly popular type remains wholesome and problem-free. Some typical striking weakness is noted on the door panels, but other details are nevertheless strong.
