Description

CHINA. Qing Dynasty. Jiangsu. 30 Cash, ND (ca. 1851-61). Suzhou Mint. Emperor Wen Zong (Xian Feng). ALMOST VERY FINE.

Hartill-22.916. Diameter: 44 mm; 30.98 gms. Obverse: "咸豐寶蘇" (Xiánfēng Zhòng bǎo[Xian Feng Heavenly Treasure]); seven stroke bei; Reverse: "當三十" (Dāng sānshí[Value Thirty]) flanked by Manchu characters for Bǎo sū (寶蘇). Deeply toned in the recesses with brassy highpoints. A RARELY seen type and denomination.

直徑44 毫米;30.98 克。正面"咸豐寶蘇",七筆貝。反面"當三十",滿文寳蘇"在側。底板包漿色深,高處呈黃銅色。面值及版別均 罕見 。
