This Dallas $10 denomination is one of the keys to this 1929 Federal Reserve Bank Note series. A look at the PMG population report shows just a scant 12 notes in the Uncirculated grade range and another five circulated pieces grading finer than this lightly circulated offering. Still pleasing embossing is viewed, leaving us curious as to why PMG did not apply an EPQ designation.
