FRANCE. Ecu d'Or, ND (1515-47). Cremieu Mint. Francis I. PCGS EF-40.
Fr-354; Dup-782; Ciani-1082. Obverse: Arms of France quartered with Dauphine; Reverse: Floriate cross. Though the central devices show obvious strike weakness, the peripheral legends on both sides are bold, and the obverse is well centered. No notable marks in the fields, and minor earthen deposits in some of the protected areas.
