CANADA. Opening of Victoria Bridge Bronze Medal, 1860. UNCIRCULATED.

Breton-176. Diameter: 51 mm. By A. Hoffnung. Obverse: View of Montreal bridge, 'Greatest Work of Engineering Skill in the World,' Grand Trunk Railway of Canada; Reverse: Roundel busts of Victoria, Albert, Prince of Wales with lengthy statistics on bridge. A finely engraved and well struck Medal with deep red-brick patina. A few light spots on the reverse are noted for completeness.
