Diameter: 40mm. Produced in Bangalore. Obverse: Elephant standing on platform with crossed rifles, PERSEVERE & TRIUMPH below; Reverse: Wreath, inscribed 2ND BN / MIDDLESEX REGT / REGULAR / ARMY TEAM / BANGALORE / 1924 / C.S.M. S. COX. A well struck Gem quality Medal with somewhat matte-like surfaces and brownish gray toning throughout.
