KM-170.1. An exceptionally appealing and attractive near-Gem, this issue is not often encountered in such a state of preservation as well as without the holing that was subsequently executed. Radiant, with a golden-pastel tone throughout. This issue was originally withdrawn from circulation due to confusion with the silver 20 Centavos issue. Most of the Paris Mint issues were officially hole punched and released back into circulation.
