On one side of the box is printed PRESENTED BY / THE HOLLAND SOCIETY / OF NEW YORK / THE / BAILEY BANKS & BIDDLE CO. / MAKERS / PHILADELPHIA, the other has the handwritten note JANUARY / 1905.
