L&M-842; K-1275; KM-Y-46 (for type). "One yuan" filled in; pointed-base "1" with short serif; year 38. This nicely preserved example is considerably nicer than normally encountered; this readily available crude issue is usually encountered in well-worn condition with surface issues. The present example exhibits a bold even strike with plenty of remaining luster and mottled grey patina offering a bit of charm.

實心壹圓，尖底1，短襯綫，38年。細心保存，優於常見，此粗製鑄打好品相非常難得，通常幣面早已磨損。此枚均勻打模，底光猶存，斑駁灰色包漿，更添迷人。
