L&M-444; K-186; KM-Y-65.1; WS-0611. Variety with dragon with long horns and triangle eyes. Lightly toned and free of marks, with just a hint of striking weakness. Tied with just one other example of this variety at PCGS--and with only three graded finer--it is easy to see how RARE this type is, especially in such a great state of preservation.
